ENGAGEMENT OF PRINTERS FOR PRINTING PUBLIC ISSUE MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH PROPOSED DISINVESTMENT THROUGH DOMESTIC PUBLIC OFFER

Government of India intends to disinvest its holding, either fully or partly, in the following companies through domestic public Offer.

1. IBP Company Limited

2. Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. (IPCL)

3. Dredging Corporation of India Ltd. (DCI)

4. CMC Limited.  

In continuation of the above advertisement in website EOIs are also invited for printers for ONGC & GAIL.

Reputed Printers with adequate and specific expertise in Printing of Public Issue materials are invited to submit separate Expressions of Interest for each of the above mentioned companies, for selection as Printer by 17.00 Hrs. (IST) on 5.1.2004.
